I only had to use it twice and the second time it stuck to my great annoyance. I sent it back to Lezyne and they fixed it for me so the product I received might be 2 stars but the customer service is probably 4-5 stars. Its main advantages are its lightness and suppleness, as well as its durable aluminum construction (rather than cheap plastic like most pumps). It's quite difficult to pump up, but I consider it more of an emergency where I just want to get to 80psi and hobble home. I have the small version and you can actually (barely) slip an ABS grip gauge in while you pull the Presta/Schrader clutch off. The black rubber caps also left some marks on my red shirts, which isn't particularly bothersome but still a little annoying. All in all, the confiscation episode completely ruined it for me, but I'd be less dissatisfied if it worked well the next time I need to use it. it worked well.
