It worked great until it only lasted a few months. First the plastic handle started falling off. completely broken, but with the tape will basically stay. The metal sometimes leaves a gray residue. It's hard to clean it well because you can't wet the floor. But I could endure all this because it worked perfectly and met my needs. Now it only works half the time, and when it does, it burns out. As such it is not safe to use and would theoretically require multiple blown fuses to attempt to use it. Will not happen. Upon further inspection through the floor, you can see the wires through the vents and their attachments, which makes you think about the safety of the structure. Overall it was a great idea, especially with very useful and well fitting great accessories, but poor execution.
