Energy efficient and heats up fast

We've been using it all winter and the only thing we know about this heater is that it requires some fine tuning to get to the right temperature. If I move the knob a little, it gets too hot or too cold. But once we find the ideal temperature, we keep it there. We left it in the bedroom, which is cooler than the other rooms, for 24 hours and everything was fine. We tentatively increased the temperature and increased the thermostat by 2 degrees in the next room. It is also easy to move as it is on wheels. I highly recommend it.
