This is an excellent conditioner. I've used it on four new tires to prep them before mounting and four old tires after they've been cleaned and dried. It does not drip or run, but makes the tire rubber softer and more supple and is guaranteed to prevent dry rot and premature tire aging. Even though I bought it for its functionality (rubber condition), it also makes the tires look a lot nicer. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it for extending tire life.
