This is a good device but I was disappointed with how small the front opening was for a cat. It's a lot smaller than it looks in the photo. Also pay attention to the inside dimensions of the litter box. I had to buy a smaller one. The front of the liter box can cover part of the opening, giving the cat less space to go through the cut-out. I measured from the inside of the ground floor to the bottom of the hole, about 5 inches. I ordered a new liter box but may need to cut the front off so the box doesn't cover the hole. Otherwise it's really nice.
