Nice stainless steel baking pans 18/0
It keeps its shine after many uses. Slightly warps on one end when baking at 400 degree for a couple of times. No name manufacturing label on the pan. The insert paper is listed as 18/0 stainless steel. I do not used parchment paper or baking mat as it cleans well.
