Review on πŸ‘ AHAVA Clineral X-Zem Hand Cream: Advanced Relief for Dry Skin, 4.2 Fl Oz by Cheryl Wang

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great emollients, no harsh chemicals or abuse

This hand cream reminds me a lot of Aveeno in smell, texture, absorbency and potency. My hands are always dry all year round, but in winter they are very dry. Applying lotion in winter is as effective as trying to cool a hot pan with a drop of water. Hand creams tend to last about as long as this drop. Washing my hands, especially with antimicrobial soaps, is very drying, so I need intensive hand creams that last at least two hand washes. This cream softens my hands and keeps them soft for a while. It retains moisture well after hand washing and my hands only really dry out after a few washes. The cream is slightly viscous and leaves a slightly oily residue for a few minutes before drying completely. Leather. Good cream, takes good care of your hands. It compares favorably to Aveeno or Eucerin. It's more expensive than those two, but there are definitely benefits that justify the premium price. These benefits include the inclusion of Dead Sea salt, as well as freedom from parabens, SLS/SLES1, synthetic fragrances, petroleum, harsh plastics and GMOs. The manufacturer AHAVA does not participate in animal testing either. If you're hypersensitive to synthetic chemicals or insist only on cruelty-free products, it's worth it.
