My daughter's heels got wet rubbed the first day she wore them. As she had to wear bandages every time she put them on (but the bandages came off). Finally I put a bandage on the seam on the inside of the heel of the shoe (I think that's what's rubbing her skin) and I hope that helps. I haven't had this problem with other brands (the other brand I'm talking about doesn't appear on Revain anymore) other than that they seem comfortable. I'd return them but she's worn them at least twice so I'm stuck in them now. Buyer Warning.
