I have had many laptops over the years and this is one of the best. I didn't find anything to complain about. As an author, I had many concerns before it came out, but none of them materialized. The keyboard is full-size, it prints very well and feels comfortable. The system is fast and the installation was so easy, the easiest I have ever experienced. I was surprised when my 365 subscription installed automatically and my files arrived and were set up in Documents. It has an operating system S Windows10. I use a custom authoring program and was worried it wouldn't install, but in fact I was asked if I wanted to uninstall Feature S (it's a Windows safe mode where you install the program/apps through the Microsoft Store My program can't be bought from this store so I said yes remove the s it was so easy I would buy another one if I needed one and by the way red is a soft matte color that is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. I was also concerned about the size as it said 14" but it's barely noticeable compared to my old 15". Overall it's great, I'm happy with the purchase and can do it Highly recommend to anyone who needs a full laptop.
