NON-METAL SCREWS good for accessories and parts

I don't know what these screws are made of but they are not metal. They are filled with some kind of material that just ripped off the studs when moved. After parking my car, I found broken bolts lying next to my bike. A serious safety hazard and I'm glad I wasn't on the Autobahn. DO NOT BUY!
