I have purchased 2 Colts double bark collars. One of the collars turned out to be defective. I contacted them and received an immediate response to replace the defective collar. I loved it and in fact a box with not 1 but TWO collars arrived in less than a week. They replaced the double pack. I found it very generous and offered to pay for a second one, but they just wanted me to be happy as a consumer. Also, the collars seem to work great for my 3 small dogs and I am very happy with the quality of the product and the company!
