I like that we have been able to use this software for years now without any major changes in interface or functionality needed by our customers/clients (we're an insurance broker). It's very easy-to -use as well! We've used it from start up until today with no problems at all so far; nothing really comes out of my mind right away but their support is great too when you need them :) Highly recommend using Contraxx Software!!
