The customer support team is excellent, they are always willing to help you out with anything that needs fixing or changing around in your server/hosting plan. They have 24 hour phone line service for any issues which makes it easy to get things sorted right when there's something wrong but also means I can call them at night if needed! We've been using their cloud storage since we started our business last year so all of my data has stayed secure even though some people might not be as familiar with working online from home (or anywhere other than an office) - this works well because everything stays within the safe confines of their servers whilst still allowing me access whenever i need to work remotely without having to worry about security breaches. If someone wants to set up a website quickly then they're probably better off going elsewhere unless they want great prices too! Their basic shared web host package includes free email accounts through Google Apps.
