How much can you say? The order was processed as expected and delivered on time. The chain did exactly what I needed. I had three shutters that required a longer surgical chain. I cut out three sections (2'8") and use six of the ten connectors provided to connect each additional section. The charcoal chains were as close in color as I could match the existing chain and you could only tell the difference in color , if you looked closely, I'm very happy with the result.
