Better than the rest
We tried wood putty and other products to cover the small nails in our newly designed fireplace and none of them worked properly without painting everything. This crayon fills holes well and easily. We used a clean eraser once the holes were filled to remove the chalk residue around the hole. Everything is perfectly smooth and filled in and you can't tell where the nails are.
