I use this Polks two channel stereo. SETUP was easy. I removed the connectors on the mounting clamps - unplugged them with the tip of a screwdriver (without prying). I mounted them on my stands (instead of my Elac Debut B5s) about 18 inches from the back panel and attached the speaker wires through their banana plugs. The included "feet" are tiny rubber feet. Protects the base of the speaker from scratches on the stand or shelf. SOUND On first listen (no break in) they sounded pretty good. The partial balance seemed almost neutral, like my KEF Q100s, but with less bass (although the bass isn't bad for their size. Acoustic piano sounded great and showed soft mids. After breaking in a bit, I compared them to the classic Pioneer SP-BS22-LRs ($129 each, discontinued.) The Polk has tighter, deeper bass, and is slightly brighter and pushed forward. They don't sound as lively and dynamic as the KEF ($549 each) and Comparatively small but overall they sound very good for the price I hope Polk has put the money in, they haven't wasted on components here, the drivers are attractive and the speakers look good without the grilles, but heavy for their size , probably due to internal bracing They come with poles Labeled 'Made in China' CONCLUSION This is a lot of speakers for the price.
