I've been using rotary drum stylers for years and really liked them so I decided to give it a try when my last one broke. It's great for quickly straightening hair with a small kink or tiny curl at the bottom, but I can't get the beachy waves I love from an old styler to save my life. It's probably my fault, I'm not a very demanding girl, I hardly know how to do my natural makeup and quick beachy waves with old stylists - I see the results other women get. but I just can't figure it out. Mine gets tangled or falls off the barrel. So if you're either good with cosmetics or just want to use them to quickly straighten your hair, this will work. Just not for me. It heats up a lot and seems like a good product but I think I'll stick with the original stylers.
