I bought this cordless watering filament to replace a portable Waterpik I had for a few years and was dying on me. I like this floss a lot more than Waterpik. The main reason for this is that water is thrown out in a stronger jet, which removes food particles from the teeth and stimulates the gums. It also comes with 4 nozzles compared to just 2 that comes with Waterpik. It also has 2 brush heads on the end, the Waterpik brand doesn't have them. The only downside to this device is that it's not as easy to fill as an irrigator and you have to hold the device down so you don't press the on/off button or water regulator while using it. Other than that I will take this Waterpik every day. And it was cheaper! In the picture on the right is an irrigator and on the left is my new Kailaism. I love this block!
