I had two other grill presses that I got rid of for this one. I use the press grill every day to cook vegetables and sausages in cast-iron pans. I love that this press is round and small enough to fit easily in my cast iron skillets but big enough to cover the veggies. It's the perfect weight and unlike most pans, it has a wooden handle instead of a metal one, so I don't have to use a hot pad every time I pick it up.
