Supplied with screws and 4 extra pads for wooden floors
Supplied with wood screws, felt pads for plastic feet and full instructions. I made a bar table and it was perfect for leveling an uneven concrete floor. I would buy again. Remember that you must drill a straight 1/2" or 9/16" diameter hole in the bottom of the legs for them to work properly. Take your time and be careful.
