The latest GT-2000 shoe, 10, is no longer much of a stabilty shoe—the sole bends in half easily by the heel now. Previous versions, the 8 and 9, only easily bent at the ball of the foot near the front. This provides much more support for the arch and foot. ASICS has removed the medial post from version 10, which provided more stability. This latest version is far closer to a neutral shoe now with a very flexible sole. Also, the color isn't black at all but grey. On the upper there are black lines as accents at the base and more of them towards the back. This isn't so clear from the photos.
