Let's get the cat out of the bag. $1800 for a monitor. Yes. My last monitor was the $650 Asus 27-inch Swift β and I thought that was a lot. Why did I spend almost $2,000 on a monitor? I usually use 2 or 3 monitors. I work from home so my gaming monitor needs to double as a work monitor as well. When I saw that I could remove an extra monitor from my desk and get more pixel density, I was intrigued. When I found out it was 175Hz OC I was sold. This allowed me to switch to a 1 monitor display that has all the checkboxes I need for one monitor to work and play. I have no problems with this monitor. The color is wonderful and the monitor brightens up quickly. The only downside is that you need a 2080ti to run this monitor like it should work in-game. So you have to spend a lot of money to optimize all those pixels and the refresh rate. Would buy again. If you can justify the price, then it's worth buying. I believe these are also monitors with containers, so these panels are handpicked. It is likely that they have a shortage of monitors and are selling them in batches.
