It works but the sound quality varies. I would give it a 1 but understand that this cassette adapter may not be a problem. I don't think any manufacturer will help me. We know the cassettes are dinosaurs and the quality is bad from the start. I doubt you can buy a decent adapter to make music sound good in a car cassette player. A car player and streaming music through an adapter can be a weak link for good music. The bottom line is that you're taking digital-quality audio and downgrading it to a low-quality tape player, and there can also be bad connections between the two. The answer to this question is the MP3 input socket for the car radio. My car is 2004 and I was shocked it didn't have an MP3 input. The music may sound terrible, but it can't be the adapter.
