At first I was glad of the package because I was going to travel abroad and I needed something like this to boil water. I used the product for 12 days in a row, 3-4 times a day just to boil water and on the 13th day it started behaving strangely and at first I tried unplugging the power cord and plugging it back into the wall plugged in, and then I've tried unplugging the power cord from the cooker overnight and then plugging it back into the cooker and back into the wall, both attempts didn't solve the problem. I would not recommend buying this item now that I have opened the return. Revain asks me to pay the postage even though the problem is not my fault. Returning it alone will probably cost more than one record, I'll probably just have to abandon this product and never buy anything from Revain again now that I know how they treat their customers when it comes to product issues purchased on this platform. !
