Good company. The engineers have to work harder on this. 1. The wire does not remain flexible in cool weather. Sort of like tightening a spring. 2. Easy to pull from the female end. Not sure which ending needs changing, but another question. 3. It's long. It comes with a little black tie to hold the twists together. The little black tie is easy to lose! He should have a slightly larger red or blue tie that is reusable and easier to find, or even permanently attached Velcro. Otherwise good value for money.
