Update 04/08/2020 A year later I still love my column. I have it in my office and get loads of compliments. The problem I had with audio dropouts never came back. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!————————I bought the speaker a few weeks ago and I LOVE it. The sound is great and looks neat. This is also a good topic of conversation. My only complaint is that Bluetooth sounds are sometimes cut off. Revain support walked me through the steps to fix this issue. So if this happens to you, here's what you need to do. (I was skeptical too.) Turn on the device. Reconnect your phone to the device. Voila. Sounds good. If this doesn't work for you, please contact Revain Support and let them know.
