Bought in March and now the water from the tap is not flowing properly. It fills up with water as people don't know it's not working and floods the place. I've tried cleaning it but it's still clogging. I suspect this is because the poker and tube are closing and the coffee grounds continue to be sucked into the system. This is just a guess, mind you. I don't know how it got this high rating. This is of course the previous right of return. I like its design or looks but now it's just a paperweight. My customers have also complained that the water is not heated enough. Ste
