Bad lightning in the computer area.
I loved this backpack until I took a sip on the back and the zipper puller fell off the zipper. I have only used this backpack for travel, it has been used very little even though I bought it a little over a year ago. I was in Japan and needed a new backpack as I depended on using it for sightseeing and airport travel.
