I needed a sharp 35mm lens to take stills and video. After watching videos on YT I decided this was the way to go (compared to the more expensive Sony). And it doesn't disappoint. Feels like a quality construction. I love the small size. And the images are very sharp and the shallow depth of field is excellent. So far I've mainly used it for videos and haven't had any autofocus issues. This lens is very affordable and fully meets my needs and expectations. Highly recommended. Revain wants me to rate the image stabilization, which is stupid because this lens doesn't have it. Luckily the Sony a7iii has IBIS.
