Review on 🧩 Elmer's Glue-All - 4 oz. Multi-purpose Adhesive for Various Projects by Sasha Hsiao

Non-sticky

Collected a miniature house from Japan. The included white glue was fantastic - very tacky and relatively dry - although it was runny it didn't bubble on the paper and dried very quickly. However, it wasn't enough, so I wanted to use this strong glue-all. I've used Elmer's School Glue in the past (who doesn't have that?) which is sticky, strong but unfortunately not permanent (glued pieces of paper will disintegrate over time) and thin enough to form bubbles on the paper. I was expecting Glue-All to be stickier and more durable. Glue-All is terrible glue! He has trouble holding things together. I had something on my fingers and when I rubbed my fingers together it felt like water. No stickiness at all. It's runny and takes forever to dry. At first it became very watery and almost transparent. Maybe separated? There is no good way to shake/stir. I squeezed until it turned white and it was a little better but still useless. I throw the bottle away. I ended up using (and consuming) an unnamed white glue from Home Depot that my husband happened to have. It wasn't as good as Japanese glue, but it was close. I need to find a good craft glue.

Pros
  • Kraft
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Prize

It’s still the same glue we all grew up with.
