Make sure your wife can find both products in this combo set exactly what she needs when she's on duty in the kitchen. Personally, I'd prefer a large tea towel, maybe an inch or two either way, because I use it primarily for wiping countertops and stovetops. Despite this small limitation, we give these five stars because the first ones were given to us a year ago and are still being used actively. Amazing durability. After about 8 months the tea towel went from heavy use for cleaning outside the kitchen in bathrooms etc due to a slight decrease in absorbency (probably due to a slight loss of material when washing and sanitizing in the dishwasher! What can I say, we always have clean dishcloths! ) Not to mention scrubbers, I think they last anywhere from six to 18 months depending on how heavily you see the service. We use stiff wire and/or plastic brushes to remove burnt leftovers from pots and then finish them off with them. They are also at the forefront of keeping nonstick products clean. They also withstand harsh hygienic conditions. The happy thought is that the end goal for both of them is a complete makeover!
