Very good sound quality for the money. I find they sound better than my Shure SE 215 and SE 425. The problem is their size and comfort. They are quite large and stick out quite far from my ears. The tube that goes into the ear canal is large in diameter, and even with the smallest tips, I couldn't get it to fit snugly and comfortably in my ear. Also note that changing tips is a very complicated process. The tubing is so large in diameter that you will have to stretch the replacement tips to fit around it. Another minus: the cable gets tangled very easily, but seems to be of decent quality. If you have small ears or have had issues with the comfort of headphones in the past, I would generally stay away from them. However, if your ears are a bit larger, they sound incredible for the price and are worth considering.
