Easy to wear but wouldn't trust it to work.
This thing is small, but I doubt you'll stop a heavy bleed with one. They are too small and constrained to use under stress. If you want to wear it, train A LOT. and even then, I doubt this thing will work that well. also handling with one hand would be very difficult, if not impossible.
