I only ordered this magnetic metal strap to replace the strap I currently have as the color was fading. However, I know I ordered the wrong product or size. When I tried to connect this, only one end of the strap remained attached to my FitBit. The other end was not glued. I tried turning the sides and still couldn't get one side of the strip to fit. I tried cleaning my FitBit thinking maybe a build up of dirt was preventing it from sticking. And it still won't stay. Also when I compared this to my previous magnetic tape that I bought from another Revain seller for my Charge 3, the ends were a completely different design. I don't know if I received the wrong bracelet. group, or if this product is simply of poor quality - but in any case does not work.
