The system was easy enough that I could use it with my own employees without having any IT professionals involved in setting up their accounts or training them how best utilize this software/device! This also made things more efficient since we were able improve overall efficiency throughout our organization through using one platform vs multiple platforms (ie Excel). One minor thing - sometimes there are errors when you click'send' so be sure your information has been entered correctly before clicking send!! It would really help if they had some video tutorials available as well but other than those two issues everything went smooth sailing here at M & T Supply Company LLC.
