This wall socket seemed like the perfect solution for my needs, but when I got it I quickly realized that for a very strange reason it was unusable. The device plugs into both sockets in your wall, but only the bottom plug actually draws power, while the top one is just plastic and plugs into the holes. The problem is that the "stems" (I have no idea what the technical term is) on these fake forks are shorter than normal forks (see attached photo) which allows the unit to tilt a little at the top and no longer be flush. wall, which wouldn't be a big problem, except that the weight of the device slowly pulls it away from the wall, eventually disabling the device completely. Aside from wall-mounting the device, I couldn't think of a way to connect it to the network and ended up having to return it. It would be a good device, but this design flaw makes it useless. to me.
