Review on 🌡️ Cooper-Atkins 24HP-01-1 Stainless Steel Bi-Metal Oven Thermometer (Pack of 4), Temperature Range: 100°F - 600°F by Greg Mcnealey

Bought two of these. We put them in the oven at the same time. If I set the oven temp to 350, they both read exactly 350. When I increase the oven to 375, they also show the same 375. So now I know my oven is accurate and so are these thermometers. Or maybe all three have the same inaccuracy I think. I'll go with the assumption of accuracy. It is difficult to read small numbers through the oven window. This is partly due to the blurring of the entire window, but even when I open the door, the numbers at the top remain in shadow and are difficult to read. And I try to read the larger Fahrenheit numbers, not the smaller Celsius numbers. For that I rated it one star. Even though the thermometer has a flat base so it can stand, I found it very easy to tip over if it's an oven stand if I put something on or off it. Frame. Of course it also hangs on the counter but when I do it hangs too low to be seen without opening the door. However, an easy to read thermometer that doesn't tilt is useless if it's not accurate, which is why I'm happy with the purchase of these very accurate thermometers.
