Excellent customer service and support

Tried to get two mouthguards because I grind my teeth at night. However, I didn't have a good impression of my teeth and both guards were too loose. I contacted the company worried I only had one left. They gave me some advice on what could be causing the problem (the mouthguard cools down too much before putting it in the mouth). Success, I was able to make a perfectly fitting mouthguard. I even tried warming up one of the ones that didn't make a good first impression and it turned out great too! The company is also sending me 3 new guards. Little did I know at the time that heating the previously used guards would work. Best customer service I've seen in a long time! This saved me hundreds compared to the dentist who made me one and now I have multiple guards. Some of the advice they gave was to 1) hold the spoon in hot water directly over the mouthpiece to get it out as quickly as possible when the walls start to curl, and 2) heat a damp paper towel with it it does not get too hot protection before you stick it on your teeth. I recommend using a wooden spoon. I didn't have one, so I placed my slotted metal spoon in the ice cream as instructed. That's how I ruined the first Kappa. It stuck to the spoon very badly, even in an ice bath. I borrowed a wooden spoon from a neighbor for the others and it worked much better. These pads are comfortable and not too hard. Good product!
