I bought these on a whim after my shoelaces became untied again during my daily walk. I "doubled" and used two grips on each shoe: one with two holes and one with a hole (both ends of the tip through a hole) on each shoe. Not only do they work, but they hold the laces tighter than an old-fashioned loop. This is important for those of us who have foot problems and need our shoes to stay snug in place. I wish I had thought of using these years ago! I hope they hold up over time and use. Just take a look. In the meantime, great product!
