Bought these to use with the mask. I wear a hearing aid. Face masks with ear loops tend to snag and detach the hearing aid. Using thin paracord and one of the zip ties I was able to make an extra loop for the neck/neck. This allows me to tighten the paracord tightly to hold the mask in place.
