I like that it rotates, has three compartments and stainless steel to match the kitchen appliances. It seems to have some traction on the bottom to keep it in place when turning - good job OXO! I was thinking of making a marbled one to match our kitchen but having the compartments inside is really nice because you can hold all the tongs/spatulas together instead of spoons or over thermometers etc. The only thing I can find is that it is a bit small; I would have liked one with a little more room in width. OXO paraphernalia can have large rubber grips to make them appear to fill up quickly. It's also difficult to store very close to other things (like our knives) as you have to leave room to turn and large utensils tend to fall apart. So expect the extra 2 inches of circumference needed for your gauge.
