There are several videos on youtube to help you fix your microwave oven. I bought this product because I saw the wrong YouTube video that said you can just pry the switches out of the case with needle nose pliers. NOT CORRECT! You'll need to remove this assembly from the microwave (held in place by two obvious screws) to access the small plastic brackets that hold the switches in place. These plastic holders break very easily. The switches themselves are cheap, but the complete assembly costs a little more. Either way, you'll save a ton of money if you do it yourself, and it's not difficult.
