Disappointed with SpiroPure's Lackluster Support for Customers

As a first-time SpiroPure consumer, I went into my experience with their online store and products full of optimism and anticipation. Nevertheless, my interaction with their customer support has left me feeling aggravated and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the kitchen faucet that I purchased from SpiroPure arrived broken when it was delivered to me. When I tried to get in touch with their customer support team in order to request a replacement, I was met with representatives who were both unhelpful and unresponsive. It took a number of attempts before I was even able to get a response from them, and when they did eventually respond, the assistance they provided was of little use in resolving the issue. To make matters even more difficult, the company's return policy is not obvious and appears to be different for each item. In the end, I was required to go through a lengthy procedure in order to return the damaged faucet, and I was still responsible for paying for the costs of return shipping myself. My interactions with SpiroPure's customer support were, on the whole, very frustrating and unsatisfactory. The lack of support and communication from their team is a significant detriment, despite the possibility that their products have a high level of quality. They have lost my business and I will think twice before doing business with them in the future.
