We installed this footswitch in mid-January and after using it maybe 25 times up to mid-April, the rubber membrane has deteriorated and cracked around the base of the round part , and it feels very thin at the top of the bubble, like it's about to burst there too. So now with cracks in the rubber it is not possible to activate the switch. The rubber must have been very old or of poor quality for it to fail so easily with so little use. Very disappointed I will be ordering a new one from another seller who hopefully does not sell old or defective tyres.
