For many pet owners, urine is the enemy, the smell just can't get out! Even if it's dirty, I'd rather have my dogs have diarrhea indoors than pee on the floor. The smell of urine stays and just won't go away. Diarrhea is terrible, but after brushing my teeth thoroughly I can pretend it never happened. Some are old, some young, but most of them are poorly educated. Which unfortunately leads to many toilet riots. Before we found SUN, I had tried every product on the market. At Petsmart and Petko I bought everything that was on the shelf, ordered it via the Internet (I don't want to add product names, I think it will be bad taste), in general I tried everything! I've even watched do-it-yourself odor removal videos and spent hours on my hands and knees with hydrogen peroxide, dish soap and a scrubbing brush. Some helped, some didn't. But for the most part it just masked the smell and didn't get rid of it. I have a very sensitive nose, so hiding the smell wasn't enough for me. I wanted it to GO! I ended up desperately looking for a remedy to remove heavy urine and SUN products popped up. I got it, I've tried everything else, what the fuck? I ordered it, tried it at one place and almost cried with relief. This stuff WORKS! Really works. It leaves a nice mild scent so I used it for a few days before I was really convinced that it wasn't just masking the smell. I think what really struck me was when I sprayed it (I diluted it in a spray bottle for convenience) I saw where it would react with urine. This made it easy to find a place when I wasn't sure where it was. I sprayed on the area and spots that had a reaction (it foams a bit) and focused on that. I called the company after using this product for a while because I needed it again. My son crawled into my husband's chair and immediately became ill. The whole chair stank! So I asked them if they had something that would also work against the smell of the vomit because that chair is about to hit the curb. He said SUN is also working on it. For real! So I used it on the "puke chair" and my husband is sitting in that chair right now watching tv, the puke smell is just a bad memory. Incident. I love my memory foam mattresses and when one of my dogs cut a huge hole in my old one, I cut it open and made dog beds. Inevitably, someone would pee on him, and I pulled out my trusty bottle of watered-down SUN. I had to use a lot because of the foam, urine got into the foam, every layer. So I opened the bottle and slowly poured the SUN into the urine. I actually saw the color of the urine change! Where the urine was in the foam you could see it staining the foam but the SUN changed it back so that really convinced me that something in there was pissing out. They respond quickly to all my questions and are very helpful. I will ALWAYS have this product in my home.
