Product came locked

Safe came locked. Key is in the safe. Cannot get into the safe. None of the reviews prior to me purchasing this had this issue (actually none of the reviews from when I bought this are on here). Extremely upset. Don’t waste your money.

The safe came in. I unboxed it. And set my password. And the safe literally doesn’t even lock.. like you can twist the knob as you please and it opens. It doesn’t lock. DO NOT waste your money on this safe like I did. Cheaper not always better smh
