So this monitor was an upgrade from my standard HD monitor. I was hoping to get a 120Hz refresh rate due to the amount of time I spend at the computer, but the cost was a bit out of my range. I found this one with TÜV Rheinland certified anti-flicker and blue light filter technologies to minimize eye strain and an ergonomic tilt to allow for comfortable viewing, and it made a huge difference in eye strain even at a 60Hz refresh rate . I would definitely recommend this monitor if you are on a budget but still want a 4K monitor.
