Not too worn out.Gel. This went on until I decided to leave. And I had to scrape them off too, they stayed there lol. Now the tools. I wish they were not included in the kit because then I would have to buy them and I would be convinced that this is a good tool. Because those .omgs are more annoying than my ex. They kept getting torn while I was applying the gel. I think I lost about a third of my brush bristles in ONE use on my nails. The glue is definitely worth it. But buy a separate brush
