If you approach this purchase knowing what you are buying and still make the final decision you will be happy. This rug is VERY THIN. This is not a thick and soft $200-300 rug. You can solve this problem with a rug or if you decide to put this rug on top of another rug. The close-ups they provide exaggerate the product you get. Also the description of "Orange" is very vague. The only parts of the carpet that are "orange" are a deep salmon color rather than a bright ORANGE. That being said, knowing the price of good, comfortable mats I wasn't expecting this so I wasn't disappointed. This rug is beautiful. The carpet looks a bit darker in the photo than in real life. The cut of the carpet looks uneven at first glance, well, slow vacuuming, so fluff it up a bit. I am very happy with my purchase as it is a beautiful pattern and I did not have the money to buy a soft rug.
