Very smelly in stools

Very smelly. Have had them for 4 months now and they still smell very strong. It's the smell of wild hide mixed with the smell of dead animals. I've tried spraying with Fabriz, it helps for a few days and then the smell returns. Very soft pleasant looking skin but a person whose smell will throw you back and make you leave the room.
